Please Note: This position requires an active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license (or eligibility for Wisconsin licensure prior to start) and previous clinical leadership experience.What You'll Do- Lead, coach, and supervise therapists, addiction counselors, clinical supervisors, and interns.
- Oversee all clinical programming, documentation, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
- Ensure compliance with Wisconsin regulations, Joint Commission standards, and payer requirements.
- Conduct chart audits and provide clinical supervision.
- Partner with Nursing, Medical, and Operations leaders to ensure exceptional client care.
- Maintain a small therapy caseload as needed.
Required Qualifications- Active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license (or eligible for Wisconsin licensure before start date).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical leadership or supervisory experience overseeing licensed clinicians within a behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment program.
- Strong knowledge of ASAM Criteria, co-occurring disorders, CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and clinical documentation standards.
- Experience with EMR systems.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Preferred- Residential treatment or detox experience.
- Experience with Joint Commission accreditation.
- Knowledge of Wisconsin behavioral health regulations.
