Our therapists provide evidence-based care to adults receiving treatment for mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and co-occurring diagnoses.

What You'll Do:- Provide individual counseling to clients in recovery and/or mental health treatment.
- Participate in treatment planning and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team.
- Lead therapeutic and psychoeducational groups.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
What You'll Bring:- Active Wisconsin LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (required).
- 1+ year experience working with individuals in behavioral health.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screen.
