  • Strong understanding of IT project delivery methodologies, particularly in the context of internal corporate systems.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical delivery or project management, with a focus on new technologies to improve processes and drive success for internal teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including JIRA, MS Project, Excel, PowerBI, Smartsheet, and other relevant platforms, with the ability to leverage AI tools and build intelligent agents to amplify work and enhance productivity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Guide and support cross-functional delivery teams by setting priorities, balancing workloads, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Proactively identify delivery risks, issues, and constraints, and develop and execute mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Select and apply appropriate delivery frameworks and best practices based on project needs.
  • Maintain delivery artifacts using standard collaboration and work-management platforms.
  • Elicit, document, and refine business and functional requirements through structured discussions and analysis.
  • Analyze data and processes to recommend practical, value-driven solutions.

The Corporate Systems team, part of the Technology Services Group, supports Moody's core business and technology operations by enabling reliable day-to-day execution, strong coordination, and effective governance across corporate platforms and shared services. The team partners closely with senior leaders, product teams, and key stakeholders across the enterprise to drive operational excellence while advancing innovation, including the adoption of AI-driven capabilities. By bringing structure, clarity, and rigor to complex environments, the team helps ensure Moody's systems are resilient, forward-looking, and positioned for continued growth.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $119,100.00 - $172,650.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody's also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
