Overview

The primary purpose of the Senior Lending Solutions Manager role is to maintain and grow existing key industrial vendors and assist in developing new regional dealer relationships and business development with new wholesale opportunities to meet quota of new business volume ($25.0MM) and other targets. These relationships will result in generating profitable finance transactions that produce new business volume. This role is the point of contact with the vendor, therefore responsible for all aspects of the vendor business. Responsible for assisting the regionals reps with closing business and being a relationship hand-off to our business development representative.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Sales - Prospect, qualify and close business opportunities within the construction and industrial sector, working with manufacturers, vendors and end user customers. Develop, implement, and maintain sales plans to meet/exceed assigned sales and margin quotas including Strategies to grow existing accounts and develop new customer relationships.
  • Service - Offer financing products to vendors in assigned area. Advise customers on financing solutions for their business and effectively address the customer's business needs, offer appropriate value proposition solutions, negotiate price, and close accounts over the phone.
  • Documentation - Maintain a database of customers by recording activity on statistics on each outbound call, ensure all information and documentation are upheld to standards.
  • Business Proficiency - Provides knowledge in area of work. Reviews and maintain knowledge of any laws, regulations, and policies, that affect specific job duties to produce work that is accurate, efficient, and compliant. Utilizes product, system, or process familiarity, to resolve problems and handle customer requests. May offer guidance and direction to less experienced specialist through knowledge in area of work.


Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years' experience in Sales or Marketing, Leasing/Financial Services

High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 8 years' experience in Sales or Marketing, Leasing/Financial Services

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively across business levels.
  • Strong Customer Service skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Salesforce / CRM experience preferred.
  • Technologically savvy
  • Client-focused, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, PowerPoint, Word
