Qualifications

• 5+ years of bank operations experience
• Knowledge of Fiserv Signature application or comparable core processing application
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office and online collaboration tools
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize work effectively
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with subject matter experts
• Ability to quickly understand technical subjects

Responsibilities

• Manage the review of new release information to assess impact across business lines
• Plan implementation of enhancements in collaboration with relevant areas
• Create and execute user acceptance test scripts; document results and feedback
• Develop training materials for user support of new functions
• Analyze functional improvements suggested by users
• Serve as primary contact for core application projects with Senior Management
• Document and maintain requests and test records for Common File changes
• Monitor test environment to ensure production-like conditions
• Provide administrative support for management's user group participation
• Utilize reporting tools for management reporting
• Monitor core system modules and facilitate vendor meetings
• Assist in Business Resumption planning and development
• Manage User Access review for core systems
