We're seeking an organized, detail-oriented Paralegal who enjoys creating order from complexity, anticipates what attorneys need before they ask, and takes pride in building efficient processes. They are equally comfortable managing administrative details, organizing legal information, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. They communicate effectively with attorneys, project managers, and business professionals, helping legal services remain responsive, practical, and business-focused.
ResponsibilitiesContract Review- Manage the contract review intake process.
- Review contract review submissions for completeness, identifying missing agreements and supporting documentation, and coordinating with project teams to obtain the information needed for an efficient legal review.
- Perform first-line review, redlining, and analysis of standard client agreements against established legal playbooks.
Legal Operations & Corporate Support- Assist with business registrations, annual filings, and licensing requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage legal calendar, deadlines, and compliance tracking.
- Support outside counsel engagements, including document collection, billing coordination, and matter organization.
Legal Research & Compliance- Conduct legal and regulatory research under attorney supervision.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and research memoranda for attorneys.
Resource Development- Maintain and organize contract templates, clause libraries, guidance documents, and internal legal resources.
- Identify opportunities to improve legal processes through automation, AI-assisted tools, and workflow enhancements.
Qualifications- Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved or accredited program preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as a corporate or transactional paralegal, preferably supporting in-house counsel or a law firm serving business clients.
- Experience working with contracts and legal document management.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Experience conducting legal research and preparing legal documents.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- Curiosity and adaptability in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve legal workflows and operational efficiency.
- A collaborative mindset grounded in humility, responsiveness, and a commitment to supporting colleagues across the firm.
- Ability to reliably work in the office at least two days per week.
$95,000 - $105,000 a year
Placement within the stated pay range will be determined based upon education, experience, and qualifications.
