You will help drive proactive regulatory reporting, strong governance practices, and business-enabling legal solutions across a diversified insurance platform. If you're looking to combine technical excellence, regulatory insight, and real business impact, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Support interactions with regulators, including preparing materials for examinations, inquiries, and meetings
  • Help strengthen and streamline governance frameworks, reporting processes, and internal controls

  • Support innovative and complex insurance transactions, including bespoke and structured deals
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives, including in relation to Swiss Re's international programs and new business opportunities

Work Across a Global, Collaborative Network
  • Partner with colleagues across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Actuarial
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects that shape how we operate and grow
  • Engage with global teams on matters with broader business or regulatory impact

About the Team

You will join the Corporate Solutions Legal North America team, a group of 10 experienced lawyers/legal professionals supporting a broad commercial insurance platform across the U.S. and Canada.
