Position Overview:

Lead the analysis, design, development, facilitation, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning solutions that support business goals and employee capability development across the organization. Partner with and support the Talent Development team, providing specialized expertise in instructional design, facilitation, learning technology, and learning analytics to enable effective delivery of learning and development programs. • Partner with business leaders, People & Culture colleagues, and Talent Development team members to assess capability gaps and performance needs, and recommend scalable learning and non-learning solutions grounded in business priorities and data.
• Design and develop learning solutions across digital, virtual, classroom, and blended formats, applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodology to produce accessible, engaging, and measurable programs.
• Facilitate learning sessions and capability-building experiences for employee and leader audiences, both in person and virtually.
• Own administration and continuous improvement of the Learning Management System - configuration, catalog and course management, assignments, access, testing, troubleshooting, and end-user support - including vendor coordination on releases and enhancements, and recommendations to modernize the learning ecosystem through automation and integrations.
• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reporting (primarily Power BI) that track participation, completion, compliance, effectiveness, and business impact for leaders, HR partners, and auditors.
• Analyze learning and talent data to surface trends, risks, and gaps, make evidence-based recommendations to improve program design and operational efficiency, and maintain consistent measurement and reporting standards across learning platforms.
• Manage delivery and administration of the annual Mandatory Learning program and other regulatory and compliance learning, including assignment, testing, attestation, tracking, reporting, and audit readiness, in partnership with policy and risk owners.
• Coordinate learning delivery logistics - scheduling, technology readiness, materials, facilitator support, and learner communications - and manage relationships with external learning vendors and partners.

• Practical experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI (or a comparable tool such as Tableau) and translating learning data into insight for a business audience
• Experience facilitating learning sessions, virtually and in person, for varied audiences
• Familiarity with learning technology integrations, automation, or API-based reporting
