Position Summary: The Learning Standards SME provides subject matter expertise in instructional systems design (ISD) and training standards to ensure compliance with NETC, NECC, and Navy instructional requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Support Course Curriculum Model Manager (CCMM) functions.
- Conduct curriculum compliance assessments against NAVEDTRA and applicable directives.
- Develop and standardize learning objectives, testing, and evaluation criteria.
- Provide recommendations to improve instructional methodologies and training effectiveness.
- Ensure alignment with Navy training standards and policies.
Qualifications- Master Training Specialist (MTS) preferred.
- 8+ years ISD and curriculum development experience.
- 8 years of experience with NETC-compliant course/curriculum development.
- Active SECRET clearance.
