As the US Neurology Learning Lead, you will own the learning strategy for assigned neurology assets and indications, ensuring learning solutions drive launch readiness, scientific confidence, customer engagement excellence, and sustained performance. You will lead a team of learning professionals while partnering across Medical, Commercial, Access, and global teams to deliver impactful, future-focused learning experiences that support business objectives and patient outcomes.
Who you'll work with You will work closely with a diverse network of stakeholders, including US Medical, Commercial, Access, and Patient Evidence & Impact learning teams, as well as global learning and asset colleagues. You will lead and develop a team of learning professionals and serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders across the neurology portfolio.
What you'll do - Lead US neurology learning strategy across launches and lifecycle management.
- Develop capability-based learning roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
- Lead launch curricula design, development, and deployment activities.
- Adapt global content and create US-specific learning solutions.
- Drive innovative learning approaches, including digital and artificial intelligence solutions.
- Coach and develop learning professionals while fostering continuous improvement.

- 5+ years' learning, capability development, or sales learning experience.
- Field experience in sales, medical, enablement, or leadership roles.
- Proven experience supporting US pharmaceutical product launches.
- People leadership experience with coaching and team development.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across matrix organizations.
Preferred requirements - Experience within neurology or other specialty care therapeutic areas.
- Expertise designing asset-level learning strategies and launch programs.
- Experience with modern digital learning platforms and methodologies.
- Knowledge of learning analytics and performance measurement practices.
- Experience working in agile or squad-based delivery models.
- Exposure to global and local learning operating environments.
This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $148,000-$194,000. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
