About the Role The Learning and Enablement Partner for Leadership & Professional Development team, supports the sales, product and engineering organizations, referred to as GBS (Global Business Solutions) & GMPT (Global Monetization Product and Technology). This role partners closely with a global team of learning and enablement partners, providing program design, consultation, and facilitation of diverse professional and leadership development programming for employees. Responsibilities - Learn core operations and objectives of teams within GBS and GMPT - Establish collaborative relationships with other global Learning and Enablement Partners - Actively support design, management and facilitation of professional development and leadership programming for leaders and employees across the United States, as well as global audiences - Cultivate relationships with business teams to identify learning needs and propose appropriate learning solutions, including the HRBP, Organizational Effectiveness and Organizational Culture teams - Manage professional development and training programs and continuously seek opportunities to refine our offerings and improve our program in a way that best supports the development of our workforce - Lead the development, design and delivery of full programs, new modules, content, micro-learning, e-Learnings, and tools to support employee soft skills and competencies - Develop and manage professional development learning paths using internal systems, tools and LMS - Partner with external vendors to deliver core management, leadership and coaching programs - Focus on impact measurement via training program data collection and analysis (e.g surveys, assessments, certification, etc.) - Lead consultation, program design, and facilitation for custom team offsites, summits and org-wide events for diverse audiences and leader-levels - Use adult learning principles and creativity to design, develop, and facilitate quality leadership development solutions with both individual and organizational impact - Support other global learning projects as needed
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree - Minimum +5 years experience serving as a coach or facilitator, either within an organization or as an independent practitioner - Extensive experience in program design, consultation, and facilitation of diverse professional and leadership development programming for leaders at all levels - Experience in designing bespoke learning experiences, including team coaching activities, innovative methodologies, and interactive frameworks tailored to meet specific team and organizational needs. - Familiarity with a broad range of standardized assessments e.g strength-based tools, emotional intelligence, change management, leadership styles - Strong presentation and facilitation skills Preferred Qualifications - Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with the ability to learn quickly - Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115200 - $180000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
