The Learning & Development team drives performance at scale by delivering high-quality, high-impact learning experiences. We believe development should be practical, timely, and designed to support real-world performance!

As Learning & Development Program Manager, you will lead and scale generalist L&D programs across compliance, M&A learning integrations, people development, and business acumen. This role is deeply embedded in the flow of work-aligning training efforts with measurable performance outcomes and business impact.

This role is based in our New York, NY, Menlo Park, CA, or Chicago, IL office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.
What you'll do
  • Own a comprehensive enterprise learning calendar that integrates compliance, people development, and functional programs
  • Lead learning integrations for mergers and acquisitions-ensuring seamless alignment of acquired employees and systems into our L&D ecosystem
  • Design and scale people development programs globally (e.g., coaching, offsites, manager onboarding, skill-building, and career growth), partnering with instructional design
  • Develop initiatives to deepen employee understanding of Robinhood's products and business model
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Training PM and instructional designers to select and manage high-quality training vendors
  • Support execution of compliance training where needed to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Partner cross-functionally with People teams, business leaders, and SMEs to embed learning into the flow of work
  • Track and report on program effectiveness and continuously refine based on business outcomes
What you bring
  • 6-8+ years of experience in learning & development or program management in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable, practical learning programs tied to performance outcomes
  • Skilled at evaluating the success of learning programs using data, with an emphasis on outcomes over activity metrics
  • Proven success managing complex programs across multiple stakeholders with structured planning and execution
  • Familiarity with the full employee lifecycle and how L&D integrates into broader people strategies
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder, able to influence without direct authority
  • Adaptable, curious, and resilient in the face of change and ambiguity
  • Bonus: Experience in compliance training, people development, and M&A learning integrations
What we offer
  • Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career
  • Performance-driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching
  • Best-in-class benefits to fuel your work, including 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents
  • Lifestyle wallet - a highly flexible benefits spending account for wellness, learning, and more
  • Employer-paid life & disability insurance, fertility benefits, and mental health support
  • Time off to recharge including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, parental leave, and more
  • Exceptional office experience with catered meals, events, and comfortable workspaces
