Overview

Our dynamic team is seeking a Learning Business Partner, a role where professionalism, organization, and strong priority management are essential. You will succeed in this role by communicating regularly with directors and their leaders. You will be their main point of contact to align the training needs of their departments. The role will evolve to include training needs analysis and active participation in machine or technological changes. Strong communication skills, on-site presence, teamwork, and positive influence leadership will be valuable assets for the successful execution of your strategic plans.

As a member of the Organizational Learning team, you will play a crucial role in achieving our mission: We take charge of developing our people to build the best aircraft in the industry.

What are your contributions to the team?

  • Analyze training needs and actively contribute to the integration of new technologies.
  • Coordinate special projects aligned with the company's strategic priorities.
  • Act as a liaison with managers to assess, prioritize, and respond to requests within required timelines.
  • Monitor and analyze performance indicators in order to propose strategic solutions aligned with industrial plans and recommend improvement actions.
  • Analyze existing business processes and design new processes to improve efficiency.
  • Design and recommend solutions tailored to business needs, particularly in the area of training.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to initiatives to ensure their successful delivery.
  • Facilitate change management processes to ensure the smooth implementation of new solutions.


How to thrive in this role?

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Education, Project Management, Training Management, or a related field.
  • You have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a role within an aeronautical environment.
  • You have strong knowledge of Transport Canada regulations and the ability to integrate regulatory requirements into training projects and processes.
  • You have excellent organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • You have solid knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • You have a proven ability to lead and engage cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and coordinate resources to achieve objectives.
  • You have a strong team-oriented mindset, with the ability to build relationships, promote synergy, and mobilize stakeholders.
  • You have working knowledge of project management tools and software, including MS Project and the MS O365 suite.
