Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical programs in AI or Cloud infrastructure.
Preferred qualifications:- Familiarity with Enterprise Knowledge Graphs, and semantic search technologies.
- Deep domain expertise in AI Agent infrastructure, Orchestration services, and RAG data access.
- Proven ability to influence executive leadership and navigate complex Product Area-level alignment.

This role requires masterfully navigating the technical complexities of Enterprise Memory and AI Foundations, shaping the next generation of technical leaders through mentorship of a high-performing team of TPMs.
