OnboardingWeek

Your RBI journey kicks off with adedicated orientation where you’llget to dive head-first into our culture at RBI, learn more about our business,brandsand strategic plans, whilelearningnew skills and honingexisting ones.

Restaurant Experience Weeks

After onboardingweek,you’llspend time in our restaurants—learning the core of our business from the people who bring our brands to life every day. You’llbuild hands-on experience, including learning how to make some of our most iconic menu items, while gaining a real understanding of what it takes to run a shift, support a team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

These weeks are about more thanlearningthe restaurant: they’llgive you valuable context, perspective, and practical lessons to carry into your first rotation at the Restaurant Support Center and throughout your careerat RBI.

Rotations 

You'll complete two, 1-year rotations in different departments, designed to stretch your business acumen, build your leadership skills, and learn cross-functional agility. These roles are selected based on business priorities and your personal career goals — giving you both structure and flexibility. 

Our program participants get exposure to a wide range of departments, like: 

  • Marketing– Creative campaigns, performance analytics, menu innovation 

  • Operations– Improving standards, training systems, and day-to-day restaurant excellence 

  • Digital & Loyalty – Building and optimizing digital platforms, app engagement, loyalty programs 

  • Finance– FP&A, capital planning, and analytics to support global growth 

  • Development & Franchising – Strategic market expansion and partner relationships 

  • Supply Chain & Procurement– Sourcing, logistics, sustainability, and planning

  • People– Talent acquisition, talent management, culture building

  • Corporate Communications– Brand storytelling and internal engagement

  • Global Business Services– Driving scale, efficiency, and innovation behind the scenes

Each rotation offersbig responsibility, meaningful work, and access to senior leaders across our global brands.

Ongoing Training & Development

Throughout the program,you’llreceivetargetedtraining inthings like problem solving, analytics, communicationand leadership, as well as mentorship and career coaching to guide your early-careerdevelopment.

Salary & In-Office Schedule 

Basesalary for this position is $82,000 CAD. This position is eligible toparticipatein the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics. This position is also eligible for a sign-on bonus.

This posting is for a position that will become vacant on or around August 2027. 

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration.Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite5 days per week.
