Job Description Summary
The Leader, Talent Products is responsible for the product vision, strategy, and end-to-end value delivery across Talent products and experiences, including solutions that support Talent Acquisition, Talent Management (career development, performance, succession planning), and Learning teams. You will identify trends and opportunities for improvement and leverage your expertise to lead collaboration across operations teams, working closely with product COE members and Digital Technology (DT). You will lead strategy and influence leadership in the development of innovative, scalable, multi-generational talent products and services while ensuring alignment with GE Aerospace business needs, an optimal employee experience, and strong customer value. This includes driving and/or coordinating LEAN continuous improvement initiatives globally as needed.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Execution of functional strategy and operational direction of Talent Products
  • Assess capabilities and make recommendations for improvements in systems and related processes. Work with COEs, Digital Technology and vendors to implement and update product functionality to meet business needs.
  • Design and provide solutions to support operational needs, partnering with existing vendors on integration and alignment.
  • Designs an overall product line strategy balancing customer satisfaction, cost, business requirements, local law/regulations, and delivery model decisions across the product lines.
  • Partners with Business Leaders and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integrated experiences and outcomes.
  • Responsible for delivery of product line performance metrics for new or improved product/process aligning with customer requirements, increased productivity, and compliance. Support metrics reviews.
  • Drives LEAN methodology to delivery optimal customer value and employee experience.
  • Leads across a highly matrixed organization (regions, businesses, technology, practice leaders and sourcing) to ensure collaboration and teamwork in delivering a quality product to our customers.
  • Requires ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches, and ability to communicate and influence executive leadership.Partners closely with Digital Technology team in support of all tools to execute change beginning in initial design through testing and to deployment.
  • Partner closely with regional teams to create and execute test cases to support change.
  • Hire, train, develop, mentor, and manage staff. Write annual performance reviews and hold staff accountable to expectations.


Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor27s Degree from an accredited college or university + minimum of 5 years HR product and program management experience
  • Advanced Workday knowledge and in depth experience with talent technologies

Desired Characteristics:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Talent (Acquisition, Management, Learning, Employee Experience) technology products and platforms
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience working with HR technology tools
  • Experience leading a team and developing others in a product driven environment
  • Experience leading with LEAN management principles
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization, working in a global environment
  • Comprehensive understanding of and ability to assimilate regulatory and compliance requirements into an ongoing product design.
  • Proven ability to identify/anticipate and solve complex issues and manage to complete resolution.
  • Strong customer service focus, with the ability to anticipate customer needs; experience establishing and maintaining customer and supplier relationships
  • Applies solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, & confidentiality

The base pay range for this position is$158,000 - $190,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors,including the candidate27s experience, education, and skill set.This position is also eligiblefor an annual discretionary bonus based on apercentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.This posting isexpected to close on September 2nd, 2026.
