In this role, you will serve as a trusted consultant and strategic advisor to senior leaders, helping shape multi-year AI and technology strategies that drive meaningful business impact. You will work across divisions, connecting priorities, aligning stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that support the firm's long-term vision.
This position requires a highly collaborative leader who can influence across a matrixed organization, navigate complex business challenges, and guide teams through ambiguity while maintaining a focus on outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute multi-year AI, analytics, data, and emerging technology roadmaps aligned to enterprise and division strategies.
- Provide strategic consulting on multiple high-priority enterprise and division initiatives simultaneously.
- Identify opportunities to leverage data, insights, AI, and technology to solve complex business challenges and accelerate business outcomes.
- Build integration plans that connect stakeholders, priorities, processes, and capabilities across multiple divisions.
- Evaluate strategic options, outline trade-offs, and provide recommendations supported by data, research, and a well-developed point of view.
- Influence decision-making at all levels of the organization through compelling storytelling, communication, and executive-level presentations.
- Lead cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams in a matrixed environment, often without direct authority.
- Coordinate people, processes, systems, and resources across teams to successfully deliver strategic initiatives.
- Advise leaders on qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, helping determine the most effective approach to answer critical business questions.
- Consult on the design, execution, and measurement of experiments, pilots, and interventions that drive business transformation.
- Help business leaders evaluate results and determine whether strategies should be scaled, adjusted, or discontinued.
- Manage priorities across multiple initiatives while ensuring project scope, timelines, risks, and quality standards are achieved.
- Coach and mentor peers, team members, and leaders while serving as a role model for collaboration and enterprise thinking.

Position Requirements- Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategy, business analysis, consulting, analytics, project management, or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to solve business problems and deliver results through cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders to define objectives, gather requirements, and support the development and implementation of data, analytics, AI, or technology-driven solutions.
- Working knowledge of AI, analytics, and emerging technologies, including the ability to understand business applications, identify opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, and support solution delivery.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex concepts, data, and insights into actionable recommendations for a variety of audiences.
- Experience contributing to cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of quantitative and qualitative research, analytics, or business intelligence methodologies, with the ability to interpret findings and help drive informed business decisions.
