What it takes:- Required: Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in software.
- Excellent sourcing and data mining skills with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of enterprise software market and industry.
- Experience have used multiple e-recruiting platforms like web-based ATS', LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.
- A relentless focus on finding the best talent, leveraging a variety of platforms, systems and techniques.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with Hiring Managers.
- Demonstrated ability to assess talent utilizing formal methodologies.
