About the Role

This position will work at onsite at our customer facility in Franklin, TN.

The Lead Strategic Customer Success Partner is responsible for achieving client retention and satisfaction for a group of clients. This includes visiting the clients on a regular basis (as needed), providing support, reporting, and KPIs associated with the client, and partnering with operations teams to meet strategic initiatives and continuous improvement ideas. The Lead Strategic Customer Success Partner is responsible for project management and is expected to utilize the strategic customer success playbooks to develop an account plan to meet both customer and Uber Freight objectives.

  • Manage portfolio of $2M+ net revenue
  • Design and creates opportunities for cross-sell/up-sell
  • Drives business growth
  • Sets strategic goals for customers, collaborates with cross-functional teams, ensures client satisfaction across multiple projects
  • Understands all service offerings and can recommend based on customer strategic needs
  • Guides others on CE best practices
  • Handles escalations and comfortable with tough customer conversations
  • Demonstrates strong executive communication skills
  • Owns MBR/QBR design - more custom, complex slides; start from scratch.
  • Should independently own decks with little support.
  • Involved with contract negotiations, budgeting and resource allocation

Basic Qualifcations:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 7 years of progression experience leading customer centric transportation solutions, managing shipper/carrier relationships, and resolving high level service issues focused on client account strategy (rather than physical fleet dispatch or maintenance).
  • Experience having financial responsibilities (cost savings, net revenue, P&L) for a managed book of business
  • Experience presenting to and influencing Senior Leadership
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas, back strategic recommendations with data, and maintain a humble, polished demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or other related fields
  • 8 years multimodal logistics and transportation experience
  • North American Crossborder experience
  • Manhattan and SAP experience
  • Account management experience
  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with Google
