Qualifications

• Certified electrician with experience in electrical installations and wiring.
• Journeyman/Master Electrical License necessary.
• Familiarity with solar PV systems preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols essential.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Install and wire solar panels, inverters, and electrical components on properties.
• Train other electricians in installation practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with Solar Installers and project managers to ensure timely installations.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during installations.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure safety.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
