Consultancy Role with Strong DevOps Knowledge

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant with a strong background in DevOps to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing DevOps practices and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and assess current operational processes and identify areas for improvement through DevOps practices.
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development and deployment.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to foster a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on DevOps best practices and tools.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.

Mandatory Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
