Job Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise software solutions for Public Sector customers. This role combines deep technical expertise, integration experience, and customer-facing delivery in compliance-driven environments.

Responsibilities

Solution Delivery & Customer Engagement
  • Translate customer and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Own end-to-end delivery (design 12 development 12 deployment 12 support)
  • Work with customers for solution design, issue resolution, and implementation

Integration & Architecture
  • Implement integrations with CRM, Procurement and ERP systems
  • Build API-based, event-driven, and batch integrations
  • Ensure data integrity, traceability, and auditability across systems

AI-Enabled Engineering
  • Leverage GitHub Copilot for code generation, review, troubleshooting, and documentation
  • Contribute to adoption of AI-driven engineering practices

Development & Quality
  • Develop technical configurations, extensions, and custom solutions on cloud platforms
  • Code reviews, unit testing, and maintain high engineering standards
  • Manage CI/CD using GitHub, Azure DevOps


Troubleshooting & Operations
  • Resolve complex issues using application and system logs
  • Support cloud deployments, containerization, and environment stability


Collaboration
  • Work with functional teams, architects, and cross-engineering teams


Qualifications

Experience:

8-12 years in software engineering, preferably in regulated environments

Technical Skills:
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft technology stack (ASP.NET MVC, WWF, Web API, SQL Server)
  • Solid understanding of client-side scripting (TypeScript, JavaScript, jQuery)
  • Working knowledge of Python, Azure stack
  • Experience with GitHub, CI/CD, DevOps
  • Expertise in design patterns and REST API development.
  • Ability to deliver software and artifacts independently
  • Experience in complex software troubleshooting techniques

Integration Expertise (Must-Have)
  • Experience with Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP Ariba, S/4HANA
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, event-driven architecture, data mapping

AI / Copilot
  • Working knowledge of GitHub Copilot / AI-assisted development

Tools
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • Exposure to cloud-native and container-based deployments

Public Sector Expectations
  • Experience in secure, compliance-driven environments
  • Understanding of data sensitivity, auditability, and governance requirements
  • Ability to operate in SLA-driven, high-accountability customer environments

Compensation

Base: $131,000 - $164,000 per year

Bonus: 8% variable

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual target incentive bonus, an equity component is included in the compensation package.
