The RoleDrive the modernization and operational excellence of lumen.com by developing and supporting scalable digital experiences on Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS). This role combines Full Stack development, cloud-native architecture, DevOps, and AI-first engineering practices to accelerate platform modernization, improve delivery efficiency, and enhance customer experiences.
Working closely with Product, UX, Architecture, and Engineering teams, the successful candidate will leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve code quality, development velocity, platform reliability, and operational excellence across the software development lifecycle.
The Main Responsibilities- Design, develop, and support scalable digital experiences on Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), leveraging modern frontend technologies such as React and Vue.js, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
- Champion the adoption of AI-assisted software engineering, utilizing AI tools to accelerate development, architecture, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational efficiency while identifying opportunities to automate engineering workflows and enhance digital experiences.
- Contribute to platform architecture, modernization, and integration initiatives, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, performant, and maintainable.
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, release processes, and production support activities to ensure operational excellence and platform reliability.
- Partner with Product, UX, Architecture, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Drive engineering excellence through automation, testing, observability, and continuous improvement practices.
What We Look For in a Candidate- 6 years of experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- 5 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), preferably AEMaaCS.
- Strong experience developing modern web applications using React, Vue.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience designing and consuming APIs and distributed services.
- Experience working with cloud platforms and modern cloud-native architectures.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps practices.
- Experience supporting production environments and troubleshooting complex application issues.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, scalability, performance, and security.
- Experience working in Agile product delivery organizations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across globally distributed teams and stakeholders.
CompensationThis information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

$105,786 - $140,047 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY
$111,074 - $145,099 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
$116,364 - $150,152 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
