Lead Security Engineer - AI Security Governance We are seeking a Lead Security Engineer to implement and operate AI security controls for our AI Security Governance framework. The Security Engineer will configure security tooling, enforce compliance policies, perform vulnerability assessments on AI/ML systems, and support the delivery of key program artifacts. Responsibilities Configure and operate cloud security tooling (Azure/AWS) for AI workloads Enforce security compliance policies across AI/ML pipelines Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on AI/ML systems Implement and validate security controls aligned to the governance framework Operate CSPM tools to maintain continuous cloud security posture visibility Support the Security Architect in delivering the full AI Security Governance programme Contribute to web application security testing of AI-powered applications Deliver Threat Modeling Playbooks for AI/ML use cases Develop the Control & Recommendation Catalogue Conduct Live AI Use Case Assessments Lead Toolkit Pilot implementation and validation Requirements 5+ years of experience in security engineering roles Expertise in cloud security tooling across Azure and AWS environments Skills in enforcing compliance policies across AI/ML pipelines Proficiency in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on AI/ML systems Background in implementing and validating security controls aligned to governance frameworks Familiarity with CSPM tools for continuous cloud security posture visibility Understanding of web application security testing for AI-powered applications Nice to have AWS Certified Security - Specialty AZ-500 (Microsoft Azure Security Technologies) SC-100 (Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect)
