Full Job Description
The Lead, Sales Operations will report to the Director, Sales Operations and will be responsible for driving change across the America's by optimizing sales processes, implementing strategies, and ensuring alignment between sales and other functional areas. The Sales Operations Lead works closely with senior sales, strategic sales & analytics, category planning, and operations teams to ensure that sales initiatives align with the company's growth objectives and deliver exceptional results. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline workflows and improve sales productivity • Latin America: Expand all of the above to Mexico and the rest of Latin America as the business grows and expands Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred • 5+ years of experience in program management, change management, or process implementation in a regional or global sales context • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data and make informed decisions • Prior experience in sales with consumer products/consumer durables is preferred • Ability to work cross functionally and under pressure • See change as an opportunity not roadblock • Advanced Microsoft Office and AI skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build, develop and maintain solid relationships Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
