Full Job Description
This position will be working onsite from Miami.

Position Summary:
  • Drive project management and delivery of assigned training programs and initiatives, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard
  • Own, manage, and maintain program calendars, timelines, and key milestones to ensure consistent execution and alignment across the team
  • Facilitate training sessions, webinars, or presentations as needed, representing the brand with professionalism and confidence
  • Support scalability of training delivery by stepping in to lead sessions when required
  • Support identification of training needs by analyzing performance data, field feedback, and business priorities to inform program development and enhancements
  • Partner with the Manager to support the development and refinement of training strategies, contributing input on program structure, content direction, and delivery approach
  • Contribute to the development of training outlines and learning approaches, translating strategic direction into actionable programs
  • Anticipate evolving business and training needs and recommend enhancements to align with organizational priorities
  • Own the ongoing optimization of training programs by evaluating performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing enhancements
  • Analyze program performance data and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness and engagement
  • Evaluate program outcomes, document key learnings, and share recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Ensure insights from programs are captured and applied to refine future training approaches


Events, Logistics & Execution Support
  • Support execution of larger strategic initiatives such as Celebrity Learning Seminars at Sea, CCGSC (Annual Sales Conference), and other industry events
  • Manage training-related events and logistics, including timelines, stakeholder coordination, supply ordering, and inventory management
  • Ensure seamless execution of onboard and in-person programs
  • Provide day-to-day operational coordination by tracking deliverables, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring follow-through
  • Support distribution and coordination of work across the team, ensuring balanced workloads and alignment with priorities
  • Ensure completion of required forms, reporting, and documentation consistently and accurately


Stakeholder Collaboration & Communications
  • Partner closely with the Manager to draft and coordinate communications, ensuring clarity and consistency
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Sales Communications, Creative teams, and external vendors to develop and execute materials and content
  • Coordinate the development of training materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards


Data, Reporting & Budget
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including attendance, completion rates, engagement, and survey results
  • Maintain accurate reporting using tools such as Excel and Power BI
  • Ensure timely data capture and reporting to support decision-making


Budget & Resource Management
  • Execute training programs within established budget guidelines
  • Track expenses and ensure efficient use of allocated resources
  • Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools to support content development, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency


Qualifications

Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to think critically and contribute ideas to improving training programs based on data, feedback, and business needs
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and drive alignment across teams
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, including the ability to build polished presentations and manage data effectively
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools and strong comfort working with data
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools, including Rise 360
  • Experience using Canva or similar tools to support the creation of visually engaging training materials
  • Experience working with webinar and virtual training platforms (e.g., Webex, Teams, or similar tools)
  • Experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools to improve efficiency, automate processes, and support content development
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
  • Confidence facilitating training sessions and presenting to both internal and external audiences
  • Strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through

This position works onsite at Celebrity Cruises, part of Royal Caribbean's Group Headquarters in Miami, FL in an air-conditioning office environment and follows company-set work schedule.
