This Opportunity

This is the first dedicated hire for the RED team. This person will help build scalable onboarding, education, and adoption programs for customers, while also creating the dashboards, analyses, and reporting that help Truveta understand customer health, support effort, and risk.

This is a highly cross-functional role that combines customer enablement, research consultation, analytics, and program development. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable advising customers, building scalable enablement programs, and using data to drive operational and customer success outcomes.

What You'll Do
  • Own onboarding programs and early enablement content for new customers.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of new platform capabilities, data releases, and product enhancements, and communicate those updates to customers through scalable enablement programs.
  • Build and deliver training content, webinars, workshops, and educational resources focused on EHR data, real-world evidence, and the Truveta Platform.
  • Work directly with customers, including strategic accounts, to help users maximize value from the platform.
  • Advise customers on EHR-based study design, cohort definition, data interpretation, and analytical best practices.
  • Develop and maintain adoption reporting, customer usage analyses, and support trend reporting that help improve enablement programs and identify opportunities for proactive customer engagement.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Support, Success, and Analytics teams to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and organizational visibility.

What Success Looks Like
  • Scalable onboarding and other training experience for new and existing customers
  • Better customer-facing content and enablement programs
  • Clearer reporting on adoption, engagement, and support trends
  • Early visibility into customer risk and support cost
  • Scalable systems that reduce one-off, manual work

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience working with EHR, claims, or other real-world healthcare data and relational databases.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer enablement, customer success, analytics, solutions consulting, research support, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python and/or R.
  • Experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, analytical tools, or customer health metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical and analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience supporting healthcare research, analytics, or evidence-generation initiatives.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to independently drive programs, influence stakeholders, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Experience working with healthcare researchers, biostatisticians, epidemiologists, health systems, or life sciences organizations.
  • Comfortable creating and recording high quality training videos for our Learn page.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience mentoring analysts, leading analytical initiatives, or helping build analytics and enablement capabilities.
  • Experience developing customer onboarding, training, or enablement programs at scale.
  • Experience with Spark-based computing environments.
  • Peer-reviewed publications, abstracts, or other demonstrated research experience using EHR or claims data.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience.

Ideal traits
  • Builder mindset with a passion for creating scalable programs, processes, and customer-facing resources.
  • Strong customer empathy and a genuine desire to help researchers succeed.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and pragmatic in solving problems.
  • Clear and confident communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into practical guidance.
  • Curious and adaptable, with a desire to continuously learn new tools, data, and research methods.
  • High ownership, accountability, and bias toward action.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and identifying practical solutions in a growing organization.
  • Collaborative team player who works effectively across functions and builds strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Growth-oriented and receptive to feedback, with a desire to continuously improve both individual and team performance.
