TSS is searching for an experienced RN leader who can balance clinical oversight with contract management responsibilities. The Lead RN Case Manager ensures high-quality case management services, maintains compliance with all service level requirements, and serves as the contractor's authoritative representative to the Government.
What You'll Do:Contract & Program Management- Serve as the primary interface with the Government COR and KO
- Exercise full authority to act for the contractor on all matters related to daily contract operations
- Ensure contractor staff do not perform services outside the scope of the contract
- Oversee contract performance, deliverables, and compliance with the PWS and QASP
- Maintain and execute the Quality Control Plan (QCP)
- Lead meetings, provide status updates, and resolve performance issues
- Designate and oversee an alternate Contract Manager
Clinical Case Management Oversight- Oversee non-clinical case management services supporting Soldier medical readiness
- Ensure proper coordination of care, resource utilization, and case documentation
- Supervise case intake, assessments, case reviews, and medical readiness tracking
- Ensure accurate, audit-ready documentation and reporting
- Support weekend Soldier Readiness events as required
Team Leadership- Lead and supervise RN Case Managers and Medical Records Technicians
- Manage workload, staffing, and performance to ensure continuity and quality
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and oversight to maintain a stable, high-performing team
Systems & Readiness Support- Support medical readiness tracking and reporting requirements
- Utilize Government-provided systems in accordance with access, security, and training requirements
- Ensure compliance with all documentation, privacy, and data protection standards
Compliance, Security & Training- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Privacy Act, DoD, and VTARNG policies
- Maintain eligibility for CAC issuance and Tier 1 background investigation
- Complete and maintain all required training:
- AT Level I
- iWATCH
- OPSEC Level I
- DoD IA training
- ATCTS registration
- Follow all installation access, safety, and security requirements
What You Bring:Required Qualifications (Must Have)- Active, unrestricted Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 4 years of professional nursing experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to obtain a Tier 1 background investigation and CAC
- Ability to meet all installation access and mandatory training requirements
Preferred Qualifications (Evaluation Strengths)Candidates possessing the following will receive
evaluation strengths from the Government:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) or equivalent credential
- Documented, recent experience (within the past 5 years) using:
- MEDCHART
- MHS GENESIS
- Other Army medical readiness platforms
Work Environment- Primary duty location: Green Mountain Armory, Camp Johnson, Colchester, VT
- Weekend Soldier Readiness support required
