Through strong project leadership, contractor management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, you will help execute capital projects that improve operational performance and support the site's future growth.
As Part of Our Team You Will- Lead sustaining capital projects from planning through execution and close-out.
- Manage contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and reporting activities.
- Coordinate engineering, construction, and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support contract administration, change management, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project performance, quality, and safety.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role- Degree in Engineering or Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
- 5-10 years of experience delivering mining, construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary projects through execution and completion.
- Working knowledge of project controls, scheduling, contractor management, and risk management.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, remote FIFO mining environment.
Your Work EnvironmentBased at Red Chris Mine in Northern British Columbia, this is a fly-in, fly-out (FIFO) position supporting a large-scale mining operation. The expected salary range for this role is CA$$129,300 - $172,400 . This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
