Your Impact

As a Site Maintenance Planner, you will play a key role in maximizing equipment reliability and operational performance by ensuring maintenance work is effectively planned, prioritized, and coordinated. Your contribution will help minimize downtime, improve asset performance, and support safe, efficient production outcomes.
As Part of Our Team You Will
  • Plan and scope maintenance work to support operational and maintenance objectives.
  • Coordinate resources, materials, and schedules with maintenance, operations, contractors, and vendors.
  • Develop work packages, task lists, and bills of materials (BoMs).
  • Monitor work progress and adjust plans to address changing priorities.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, asset data, and performance metrics.
  • Support cost forecasting, budgeting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with safety and environmental requirements.
Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant trade qualification (e.g., Red Seal, Journeyperson Trade Certificate, Engineering Technologist, MMP, or equivalent).
  • 3-5 years of experience in Maintenance Planning within a Site Maintenance, Mining, or Processing Plant environment.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance planning principles, work management processes, and equipment reliability.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

The expected salary range for this role is CA$$85,400 -120,000 . This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
