Full Job Description
Position Summary
The Lead, Program Operations - CCFW will assist the Managers of the Center for Child and Family Wellness in various duties as delegated by the Managers, including the assessment of regional community needs, partnership building, and budget oversight. The duties may include providing clinical care, as well as facilitating the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical and non-clinical operations for the comprehensive programs located within the Center for Child and Family Wellness. Additionally, this role may include the development, implementation and evaluation of school-based telehealth programming and services.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required: Respiratory Care, Nursing, Business, Public Health, Social Work, Health Education or Health Care Administration is preferred.

Master's Degree preferred: Respiratory Care, Nursing, Business, Public Health, Social Work, Health Education or Health Care Administration is preferred.

Related Work Experience:

More than 3 years in case management, program development and program leadership in a hospital, clinic, health department, Federally Qualified Community Health Center, or other community-based health care site is required.

1-2 years experience in leadership and supervision is preferred.

More than 3 years as a Respiratory Care Practitioner is preferred.
Pay Range
$72259.20 - $105328.08
