Full Job Description
Lead Product Owner positions offered by Cox Corporate Services Inc. (Atlanta, GA). Responsible for the management of multiple large-scale Information Technology programs. Serve as primary point of interface to clients both internal and external, as well as divisional contacts across the enterprise. Responsible for the Plan-To-Inventory delivery team. Support release train and scrum teams via release planning, monitoring the product backlog and software development details and maintaining velocity. Partner with product managers to understand and influence product strategy and roadmaps, aggregate and conceive ideas for enhancing product performance and achieving product success/KPIs. Coordinate with other Agile Product Managers to deliver on a vision that crosses multiple delivery streams or release trains. Collaborate with the delivery teams during story mapping and feature sizing as a subject matter expert. Assess product performance against KPIs and make corrections to improve performance and regularly communicate performance of the product/experience to stakeholders in the organization. Plan and drive scope, requirements definition and prioritization activities for complex initiatives. Select, adopt and adapt appropriate requirements definition and management methods, tools and techniques, selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches. Act as owner for one or more established products and services. Contribute to product propositions and product positioning and variants for established products of responsibility. Prioritize product requirements and own product backlog. Minimum Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field and 6 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle EBS applications and integrations, including supply chain modules (Purchasing, IProcurement, Inventory, and Order Management) and financial modules (Projects and General Ledgers). Also requires 6 years of experience: providing strategic and technical direction to support teams; triaging, escalating, assigning, fixing and driving issue closure; using Postman, SOAPUI, SQL Server, PL/SQL Debugger, or TOAD development and validation/debugging tools; working with SAFe Agile methodology; creating, prioritizing and recommending epics or features; designing, developing, and implementing product plans; working in full product lifecycle methodologies; working with Oracle Integration Cloud, Informatica, or Mulesoft middleware applications; developing with SQL Developer and design tools; and performing inventory and order management. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree in the aforementioned fields and 6 years of experience as stated, employer will accept a master’s or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and 4 years of experience as stated or a Ph.D. or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and 1 year of experience as stated. Also requires 1 year of experience: utilizing Jira, Rally, or Target Process ALM tools; and operating in an Agile system of delivery. Position reports to Atlanta, GA office but may telecommute from any location in the U.S. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.  Compensation includes a base salary of $157,729 to $188,399. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.  The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company’s needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
