• Serve as a Workforce Planning domain leader across concepts such as demand forecasting, labor modeling, headcount planning, staffing targets, coverage analysis, budget alignment, common configuration, schedule readiness, and variance tracking.
• Define and deliver product solutions by translating strategy and discovery insights into requirements, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release-ready product decisions for agile development teams.
• Drive cross-functional execution and alignment by partnering with engineering, UX, architecture, QA, product marketing, services, support, sales, and leadership to communicate priorities, manage tradeoffs, and support successful delivery and adoption.
• Use data to measure and improve outcomes including adoption, engagement, forecasting accuracy, planning effectiveness, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business impact.
• Advance connected and AI/ML-enabled planning experiences that integrate effectively across forecasting, configuration, scheduling, timekeeping, absence, labor analytics, reporting, budgeting, and broader WFM and HCM workflows.

About you,

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to translate complex customer and business problems into clear product requirements and practical SaaS solutions.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using data, customer research, usage insights, and business cases to inform product decisions.
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled product capabilities, including a working understanding of machine learning concepts, predictive modeling, forecasting methods, model outputs, accuracy measurement, and practical application of ML-driven insights in customer-facing workflows.

• Experience in labor-intensive verticals such as retail, healthcare, manufacturing, services, distribution, hospitality, or public sector.
• Experience with product integrations, APIs, data pipelines, analytics platforms, planning models, optimization, predictive analytics, or recommendation systems.
