Full Job Description
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a highly strategic, self-driven Senior Principal Program Manager to lead business operations programs supporting GPU platform, infrastructure, and data center growth. This IC5 role drives operating rigor, cross-functional alignment, planning, and executive visibility across a fast-paced, global organization at the forefront of AI infrastructure delivery.

As a Senior Principal Program Manager, Business Operations, you will partner with engineering, construction, capacity planning, finance, supply chain, operations, and product teams to translate business priorities into clear, measurable execution plans. You will establish operating mechanisms that enable leaders to make informed decisions, manage dependencies and risks, and deliver critical infrastructure initiatives at scale.

You will own complex, ambiguous programs from strategy through execution - defining scope, building integrated plans, tracking performance, surfacing tradeoffs, and driving accountability across teams. Success in this role requires exceptional business judgment, analytical rigor, executive communication, and the ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

§ Lead cross-functional program teams to execute business and technical projects, with a focus on OCI Infrastructure and data center initiatives.

§ Define project/program scope, build detailed execution plans, and own end-to-end program delivery-including scheduling, risk management, status reporting, and quality assurance.

§ Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to elicit requirements, clarify objectives, and translate strategic goals into actionable plans.

§ Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between engineering, operations, finance, and product management teams across geographies.

§ Proactively identify roadblocks, negotiate priorities, and develop mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.

§ Prepare and deliver regular updates, executive communications, and detailed program artifacts, keeping stakeholders informed at all levels.

§ Measure and report on program success metrics, identify opportunities for optimization, and champion operational excellence initiatives.

§ Use your strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen to support informed decision-making, balancing technical, operational, and business objectives.

§ Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement in program management best practices, including Agile and traditional methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications

§ Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, technology management, business management, or similar.

§ 10+ years of experience as hands-on technical program manager; preferably in a related industry.

§ Advanced knowledge of the full life cycle of product development and experience launching and operating customer-facing cloud services

§ Experience efficiently and effectively communicating findings/progress to cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and the broader organizations, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

§ Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment.

§ Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn about new tools, software, and market opportunities quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

§ 10+ years of program/project management, product design or related experience

§ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant technical field or equivalent work experience

§ Strong understanding of GPU infrastructure services, and thorough knowledge of Cloud such as Compute, Storage, Identity and Networking

§ Demonstrated knowledge of OCI, AWS, Azure or Google IaaS, SaaS and PaaS services.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $114,600 to $234,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
