- Establish metrics, dashboards, and regular reporting mechanisms to provide stakeholders and senior leadership clear insight into program health, delivery timelines, and business impact

- Force-multiply across the TPM community - establish frameworks, mechanisms, and best practices that elevate the effectiveness of multiple teams and programs simultaneously

- Drive clarity in highly ambiguous environments where the business strategy, architectural approach, and even the problem definition may not yet exist.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

- 10+ years of technical product or program management experience

- 5+ years of software development experience

- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems

- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience

- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

- Experience with AI/ML technologies and their practical applications in domain-specific products

- Experience working with the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) industry or related domains, including BIM, CAD, 3D geometry, or construction documentation workflows
