Lead Performance Manager

Every month, Farris Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram receives more than 1,000 customer inquiries from buyers actively shopping for their next vehicle.

We're looking for an experienced leader who knows how to build a team that responds faster, communicates better, sets more appointments, and converts more opportunities into customers.

  • Over 1,000 customer inquiries every month
  • Internet leads
  • Phone opportunities
  • Text conversations
  • Appointment generation
  • CRM follow-up
  • Lead conversion performance

What You'll Lead

As Lead Performance Manager, you'll:
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing lead conversion team
  • Improve appointment-setting performance
  • Monitor CRM activity and accountability
  • Coach phone skills, texting, and follow-up strategies
  • Improve speed-to-lead and customer engagement
  • Track key performance metrics and identify coaching opportunities
  • Partner with Sales Managers to improve appointment-to-sale conversion
  • Create a culture of urgency, professionalism, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has experience leading inside sales, BDC, internet sales, customer success, or lead development teams.

Experience in automotive is preferred, but we also welcome candidates from high-performing sales organizations.
