Key Roles and Responsibilities
Business Performance Analytics & Insights
Analyze operational, commercial, and financial performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across AT&T's Strategic Fiber portfolio.
Develop actionable insights and recommendations that support leadership decision-making and improve business outcomes.
Conduct root-cause analysis and performance assessments to identify drivers impacting key business metrics.
Executive Reporting & Performance Management
Design, maintain, and enhance executive-level reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) that provide visibility into business performance.
Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting to senior leadership, ensuring information is timely, accurate, and actionable.
Establish performance measurement frameworks and reporting standards to drive accountability and enable data-driven decision-making.
Forecasting, Planning & Strategic Analysis
Support business planning activities through forecasting, scenario modeling, trend analysis, and performance projections.
Evaluate business performance against targets, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, operational reviews, and executive presentations.
Governance & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with internal organizations including Operations, Finance, Marketing, Technology, and Product teams to align reporting, performance metrics, and business objectives.
Collaborate with senior leaders from external Strategic Fiber partners to review performance, provide business insights, and support governance processes.
Ensure data integrity, compliance with reporting standards, and adherence to established governance frameworks.
Reporting Automation & Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, scalability, and accuracy through automation and process enhancements.
Partner with business and technical teams to develop and implement reporting solutions, analytical tools, and business intelligence capabilities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations and performance monitoring.

Recognized as an expert in business analytics, performance management, and executive reporting. Applies advanced analytical expertise and business acumen to solve complex business challenges, develop actionable insights, and influence strategic decisions. Leads high-impact analytical initiatives with significant autonomy and serves as a trusted advisor to AT&T leadership and senior executives from Strategic Fiber partners. Establishes reporting frameworks, performance measurement methodologies, and governance practices that enhance organizational visibility, accountability, and operational effectiveness. May provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members while driving initiatives with enterprise-wide impact.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
