Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

  • Lead and supervise daily Finance Operations activities to ensure achievement of service, productivity, quality, and compliance targets.
  • Monitor operational performance, identify issues and risks, and drive timely corrective actions.
  • Manage resource allocation to ensure efficient operations and service continuity.
  • Act as the first level escalation point for operational and customer-related issues.

2. Team Leadership & People Development

  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Conduct performance management, regular feedback sessions, and development planning for team members.
  • Support talent development, succession planning, and capability building within the team.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture.

3. Process Improvement & Transformation

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance service quality.
  • Lead or support automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

4. Planning & Performance Management

  • Support workforce and capacity planning to ensure adequate resourcing for business demands.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance trends, and implement action plans to drive sustainable improvements.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide insights to support management decision-making.
  • Contribute to departmental initiatives and strategic priorities as assigned.

5. Stakeholder Management

  • Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve customer experience.
  • Ensure clear, proactive, and professional communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Represent the team in operational meetings, projects, and improvement initiatives.
