*Selected candidate must reside within 60 mins commute to one of the following cities or be willing to relocate to Louisville KY, NYC Metro, Dallas Metro, Charlotte NC Metro, South Florida(Tampa/Miami/Ft Lauderdale) , Washington DC metro, Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, Nashville) The Lead IGA Solutions Engineer is the senior technical execution owner responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions across the organization. Working in close partnership with the Lead IGA Solutions Architect, this role is accountable for translating architectural strategy, reference designs, and governance models into scalable, supportable, and operational IGA implementations-primarily within SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). This position serves as the authoritative engineering lead for the IGA platform. While the Lead IGA Solutions Architect defines the what and why of enterprise IGA design, the Lead IGA Solutions Engineer owns the how-ensuring that identity lifecycle automation, access governance, and integrations are engineered consistently, securely, and in alignment with approved architectural direction. The Lead IGA Solutions Engineer is responsible for translating enterprise IGA architecture into reliable, scalable, and operationally sound solutions while providing technical leadership across delivery, platform operations, and engineering maturity. 3 Serve as the lead technical owner for IGA solution delivery and platform execution in partnership with the Lead IGA Solutions Architect. 3 Ensure engineering solutions align with enterprise architecture, standards, and reference patterns while remaining scalable, supportable, and operationally sound. 3 Lead implementation of identity lifecycle and governance capabilities, including joiner/mover/leaver workflows, birthright access, certifications, access requests, RBAC/ABAC, and separation-of-duties controls. 3 Translate regulatory, audit, and risk requirements into enforceable technical controls and consistent implementation practices. 3 Lead engineering for integrations across HR systems, directories, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications, including mapping, transformation, reconciliation, monitoring, and exception handling. 3 Own platform reliability, technical health, automation, and engineering standards, including deployment, version control, and change management. 3 Partner with cross-functional teams to align design, delivery, and roadmap priorities across IGA initiatives. 3 Mentor and coach engineers on implementation standards, integration practices, and operational excellence to strengthen delivery consistency and engineering maturity. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications 3 SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer certification. 3 5+ years of hands-on experience in identity engineering, security engineering, or software solution delivery. 3 Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), including lifecycle workflows, access governance, and integrations. 3 Proven experience engineering system and application integrations using APIs, SCIM, and enterprise data flows. 3 Demonstrated ability to act as technical owner for a platform or domain, including accountability for delivery quality and operational outcomes. 3 Experience developing automation, scripts, or tooling to support identity onboarding, migrations, or operational processes. 3 Proficiency with version control and structured deployment or release workflows. 3 Strong independent problem-solving capability with minimal oversight. 3 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical decisions and tradeoffs. Preferred Qualifications 3 Advanced SailPoint ISC experience, including custom connectors, complex workflows, and policy-driven access models. 3 Experience implementing RBAC, ABAC, birthright access policies, certifications, and separation-of-duties controls at enterprise scale. 3 Background integrating IGA platforms with HR systems, ERP platforms, SaaS applications, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). 3 Familiarity with identity standards and protocols including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures. 3 Experience supporting IGA platforms in regulated environments (SOX, HIPAA, PCI, ISO, NIST). 3 Exposure to DevOps or platform engineering practices relevant to identity systems. 3 Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, cloud security certifications, or advanced SailPoint certifications. 3 Demonstrated ability to influence engineering practices and lead technical outcomes across teams. Remote/WAH requirements: 3 WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense. 3 A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required. 3 Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role. 3 A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $142,300 - $195,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
