This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

As a Lead HR Business Partner, you’ll join a highly collaborative HR team that partners closely with Business organizations to deliver meaningful business results. In this role, you’ll work side by side with leaders to shape talent strategies, strengthen engagement, and enable high-performing teams in a fast-moving, results-driven environment.

Overall Purpose

Responsible for supporting and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to optimize workforce performance, drive organizational growth, and contribute to a positive company culture.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business goals. Design and implement programs that enhance organizational effectiveness.

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal laws. Identify and mitigate risks related to employee management.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes. Provide regular reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior management.

  • Other Duties as Assigned: Support processes related to client support, change management, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, morale, and retention.

Job Contribution:

An experienced professional recognized as an expert who creatively resolves complex issues using broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy and influences executive decisions. Implements long-term plans that impact the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as an HR Business Partner, within an HR Center of Excellence, or in a related strategic HR role.

  • Experience partnering with leaders to translate business priorities into talent and organizational strategies.

  • Prior business leadership experience and demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational needs.
