Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience as an HR Business Partner, within an HR Center of Excellence, or in a related strategic HR role.
Experience partnering with leaders to translate business priorities into talent and organizational strategies.
Prior business leadership experience and demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational needs.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, BS/BA, desired.
5+ years of related experience.
