What you will enjoy doing*- You will provide leadership and guidance to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of nitrogen producing plants at customer sites
- And you will assist with and direct training and development of new technicians
- Solve field site issues and operate air separation plants with minimal supervision
- Interact with customers across various production plant types, offering guidance, support, and clear communication
- Further, you will maintain safety, quality, and compliance activities at each plant location to uphold high standards
- Perform routine maintenance and calibrations on compressors, gas analyzers, and control systems
- You will manage time effectively to complete operations, maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and diagnosing plant problems
- Coordinate contractors and resources to support plant activities, audits, and administrative requirements while driving efficiency through strategic planning and project management
What makes you great - You hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, with post-secondary technical education or relevant work experience preferred
- Demonstrate strong practical skills and knowledge of production processes, plant equipment, and emergency procedures
- You can apply expertise in instrumentation, control, mechanical, and electrical maintenance of industrial equipment
- Exhibit strong safety awareness and strictly follow procedures while troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing equipment
- Communicate technical information clearly in verbal and written form, understanding process control schematics
- You can utilize proficiency in computers, Microsoft applications, and process control systems, supported by strong organizational and time management skills
- Meet physical requirements including confined space entry, climbing, lifting up to fifty pounds, and working at heights
- Must show flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and call-in coverage, ensuring a reliable and safety-focused presence during critical operational periods

Open to salary range $93,150 - $136,620.The salary range listed reflects the national range; final offer will depend on location and qualifications.
