Lead Field Service Technician

What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will provide leadership and guidance to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of nitrogen producing plants at customer sites
  • And you will assist with and direct training and development of new technicians
  • Solve field site issues and operate air separation plants with minimal supervision
  • Interact with customers across various production plant types, offering guidance, support, and clear communication
  • Further, you will maintain safety, quality, and compliance activities at each plant location to uphold high standards
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibrations on compressors, gas analyzers, and control systems
  • You will manage time effectively to complete operations, maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and diagnosing plant problems
  • Coordinate contractors and resources to support plant activities, audits, and administrative requirements while driving efficiency through strategic planning and project management

Open to salary range $93,150 - $136,620.The salary range listed reflects the national range; final offer will depend on location and qualifications.
