In this role, you will ensure the effectiveness of the enterprise risk frameworks by supporting organization wide risk programs, identifying and assessing risks and tracking mitigation progress. You will engage with leaders across the company and drive sustainable risk management practices through stakeholder collaboration and targeted training initiatives.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000-$197,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities- Implement and maintain a risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) process for enterprise risk management in accordance with regulatory expectations and industry standards.
- Consult with cross-functional stakeholders on mitigation activities, key risk indicators and metrics.
- Implement processes and technological solutions to provide transparency and visibility into key risk trends, issues and resolution status for executive leadership.
- Prepare summary reports for various levels of management, including executive and board-level audiences.
- Develop and maintain co-ordination with global cross-functional teams including legal, finance and product area leadership.
