MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented
Lead Enterprise and Security Architect to join our innovative team. This is a
REMOTE position.
The Lead Enterprise & Security Architect operates as a pinnacle Subject Matter Expert who designs the overarching security posture, authentication protocols, and systemic interoperability of the entire enterprise IT landscape. This executive-level role focuses heavily on deploying Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication mechanisms to ensure seamless yet highly secure access across core platforms.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Designing the overarching enterprise security architecture, authentication protocols, and systemic interoperability platforms.
- Deploying robust Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication mechanisms across Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, and legacy databases.
- Defining complex OAuth 2.0 API access strategies and configuring highly confidential software applications.
- Establishing authoritative identity domains and mapping enterprise Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to granular internal security models.
- Ensuring all systemic integrations strictly comply with stringent cybersecurity mandates and zero-trust architectural principles.
- Validating that audit logs capturing user authentication events and administrative actions are successfully routed to SIEM systems.
- Working with management, internal teams, and authorities to successfully navigate enterprise-level security architecture reviews.
Minimum Qualifications:- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline.
- 16+ years of experience in enterprise security architecture and identity management.
- Significant experience designing enterprise-wide authentication frameworks, specifically deploying complex SSO and MFA mechanisms.
- Demonstrated expertise establishing OAuth 2.0 API access strategies and managing authoritative identity domains.
- Proven experience mapping enterprise Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models to granular database and application security layers.
- Deep technical experience implementing zero-trust architectural principles and directing audit logs to SIEM systems.
- Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex enterprise architecture patterns and security design documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification.
- Deep technical understanding of identity management integrations within Oracle Fusion Cloud and ServiceNow environments.
Clearance Requirements:- An active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Physical Requirements:- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and collaborative spaces.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering technical presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $208,100.00-$381,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
