Lead Engineer
Fulltime
Location : Milford, Massachusetts, 01757

The successful candidate will support the Director, Nuclear Engineering Consulting, Project Manager and the Materials Engineering Laboratory Manager acting as the project lead for both large and/or small sized projects. The successful candidate must be a self-starter and decision maker. Expectations include determination of project goals, a success path, and bringing problems with solutions to achieve them to the Director.

Responsibilities
• Project Management experience on medium sized projects with 5 or more engineers
• BS Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• dvanced MS or MBA is a plus.
• PE License
• Stress Analyst familiar with Finite Element Analysis
• SME Boiler and Pressure Vessel experience with Pressure Vessel and Piping
• Direct utility experience including systems training, either BWR or PWR
• ble to travel and provide site outage support.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills with team members and clients.
• Personable - working in a small office environment.
• Understanding of component failure analysis of materials and metallurgical methods
• Excellent technical writing skills are a must.
