Location: USA - VIRTUAL - US Georgia Division: Road, Transport US Job Posting Title: Lead, driver helper Time Type: Full Time Summary The Lead Driver Helper is responsible for leading and supporting the safe, compliant, and precise delivery, installation, and placement of sensitive, high-value equipment from warehouse locations to Data Center Operations (DCO) sites. Operating within active construction sites and mission-critical data center environments, the Lead Driver Helper functions as an extension of DSV's operational excellence and customer service standards. This position requires strong leadership, technical aptitude, and the ability to direct installation teams while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety. The Lead Driver Helper is expected to provide white glove service, oversee installation activities, mentor team members, and ensure all work is completed efficiently and in accordance with customer and company expectations. Duties & Responsibilities - Lead daily delivery, installation, and equipment placement activities at Data Center Operations (DCO) sites. - Suport driver helpers and installation teams during transportation and onsite operations. - Ensure safe handling, delivery, installation, and documentation of high-value equipment. - Promote safety, compliance, and adherence to company and customer requirements. - Resolve operational issues, provide team training, and support continuous improvement efforts. - Maintain communication with operations leadership and stakeholders. - Travel as needed and work flexible schedules, including weekends and overtime, to support business needs. - Perform other duties as assigned. Work Environment The Lead Driver Helper works in a combination of transportation, warehouse, construction, and active data center environments. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors and may involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, weather conditions, and operational hazards associated with logistics and construction settings.
