Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee complex digital and automation programs in manufacturing, encompassing technologies like MES, robotics, and advanced analytics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams and external technology partners to execute large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Apply continuous improvement frameworks such as Lean and Six Sigma within digitally enabled manufacturing settings.
- Develop and deploy digital learning platforms and capability-building programs tailored for operations teams.
Required Skills: - Proven leadership, production, or supervisory experience within FDA-regulated pharmaceutical environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex digital and automation programs, including MES, robotics, and advanced analytics.
- Experience working effectively across global teams and with external technology partners on significant transformation projects.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma in a digital manufacturing context.
- Proficiency in developing or deploying digital learning platforms and capability-building initiatives for operational staff.
Qualifications: - 8-10 years of overall experience.
- 8+ years of leadership, production, or supervisory experience.
