You'll work across the software lifecycle to ensure engineers can move quickly and safely from idea to production in a modern cloud environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For - Developer Tooling & Enablement
Design, enhance, and support developer workflows that reduce friction and improve velocity across teams - Source Control & Workflow Optimization
Architect and maintain Git-based workflows, integrations, and automation that encourage collaboration and consistency - CI/CD Engineering
Build and operate robust continuous integration and deployment pipelines that emphasize speed, reliability, and security - Infrastructure Automation
Define and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code practices to ensure repeatable, scalable environments - Internal Platform Development
Create and maintain internal platforms and shared services that support the full development lifecycle, from code authoring to production release - Software Engineering Contributions
Develop tools, services, and automation using strong software engineering practices to support platform capabilities - Cross-Team Partnership
Work closely with application teams to understand delivery challenges, provide guidance, and promote standardized best practices - Reliability & Optimization
Monitor platform health, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve performance, resiliency, and security
What You Bring - Demonstrated experience in a platform engineering, DevOps, or enablement-focused role, with ownership over delivery systems
- Strong hands-on experience with Git-based platforms and modern CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar)
- Proven expertise implementing Infrastructure as Code, using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalents
- Solid understanding of developer workflows and a track record of improving engineering productivity
- Strong object-oriented programming fundamentals, with experience in C#, TypeScript, or Python
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational data concepts
- Experience with containerization and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, especially in complex distributed systems
- Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across engineering and non-engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
Salary: $170-175k/year
