What You'll DoAs the Lead Data Solution Architect for the Fund Administration domain, you will lead the design and evolution of technology capabilities that support critical investment operations. You will partner closely with business leaders, product teams, engineers, and enterprise architects to define technology direction and deliver solutions that create measurable business value.
You will:
- Lead architecture strategy and technology roadmaps for Fund Administration and Transfer Agent capabilities.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, future-ready solutions.
- Design secure, resilient, and high-performing cloud-native architectures.
- Drive modernization initiatives across applications, platforms, data, and integration ecosystems.
- Develop architecture standards, reference architectures, and reusable implementation patterns.
- Influence enterprise technology direction and participate in governance and architecture review boards.
- Present strategic recommendations and architectural solutions to senior and executive leadership.
- Mentor engineers and architects while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Leverage AI-enabled solutions to improve business outcomes and use internal AI tools to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications- 8+ years of architecture or senior engineering experience within Financial Services.
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of architecture frameworks, patterns, and modern design principles.
- Experience defining target-state architectures and executing modernization strategies.
- Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and integration patterns.
- Expertise in APIs, messaging, event-driven architecture, and data integration approaches.
- Experience designing for scalability, resiliency, security, privacy, maintainability, and performance.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
- Experience leading architecture governance, standards development, and strategic technology initiatives.
- Passion for understanding business domains and translating business strategy into technology solutions.
