Responsibilities
Responsibilities Collaborate with the central design team to create, define, and maintain a comprehensive US-specific style guide. Create user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that provide multiple design solutions based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Drive the visual design of promotional campaigns, branded swag, live creator training materials, and new product launch assets, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution across all deliverables. Partner with local operations teams and global design teams to develop creative strategies, conceptual designs, and production-ready assets. Lead design workshops and sprints with cross-functional teams to explore innovative design solutions for problems and opportunities identified through research and data. Contribute to feature roadmap strategies, improve product design processes, and champion knowledge sharing opportunities through documentation and post-launch presentations.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Art, Illustration, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Art, Illustration, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Designing and developing brand marketing campaign creatives and identities, including website design, motion graphic design, and UI design by designing and implementing consistent brand typography, iconography, 2D & 3D graphics, and motion graphics; Developing visual concepts, including generating ideas and sketches into visual concepts using Procreate or Boords, and transferring the hand drawings to digital graphics using Adobe Illustrator; Creating vector illustrations and graphics using Adobe Illustrator; Designing User Experience (UX) or User Interface (UI) elements of mobile applications using Figma, After Effects, or Principle; and Working with front end engineers to build websites, landing pages, and H5 campaigns using Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, or After Effects. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $243506 - $253506 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
