Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support for troubleshooting and resolving application-related incidents;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize downtime;
- Perform regular application maintenance tasks, such as monitoring performance, applying patches, and upgrading software versions;
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to enhance knowledge sharing and support future troubleshooting efforts;
- Participate in the implementation of new applications, including testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
